Welcome to Moments by DRMT. By using this service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• The album creator is responsible for paying for and availing the album as a service.
• All albums and associated media files will be automatically deleted 30 days after the event date.
• By uploading media files, uploaders grant the album creator permission to use these files.
• We, the service provider, do not claim ownership of any media files uploaded to our platform.
• You are responsible for all content you upload or share through our service.
• Do not upload or share any content that infringes on copyrights or intellectual property rights.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our terms or is deemed inappropriate.
• We are not responsible for any lost or damaged content.
• Limited to 10 files before the event date.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information:

• We collect only necessary information for the functioning of our service.
• Your uploaded content is stored securely and is not shared with third parties without your consent.
• We use cookies to enhance your user experience and for analytics purposes.
• You can request to delete your account and associated data at any time.

• All user-uploaded media files and albums will be permanently deleted 30 days after the event date.
